Srinagar, Mar 26: A motorcyclist died in a road accident in Taingan area of Nowgam Srinagar on Tuesday evening.
Reports said that a motorcyclist identified as Salman Ahmad Malik, son of Mohammad Iqbal Malik, a resident of Kulgam was critically injured after being hit by a vehicle in Taingan Nowgam on Tuesday evening.
They said after the incident, he was rushed to Ujala Cygnus Hospital for treatment, however he succumbed to his injuries.

Meanwhile police have registered a case in this regard and further investigations are underway.
