Cyber Police Kashmir Refutes Fake Claims of Anti-National Posters, Warns of Legal Action

Srinagar, Feb 05: The Cyber Police Kashmir has strongly refuted baseless claims circulating on social media about the presence of anti-national posters in Kashmir.

In a statement on X (formerly Twitter), Cyber Police Kashmir clarified that certain handles are spreading false narratives without any verification.

“Some handles on X & other platforms are falsely claiming anti-national posters in Kashmir. These baseless claims are being amplified without any verification. @cyberpolicekmr is monitoring & necessary legal action is being taken,” the post read.

Authorities have urged people to refrain from sharing unverified content and warned that legal action will be taken against those spreading misinformation.
