Baramulla, Dec 27: A mild earthquake measuring 4.0 on the Richter scale struck north Kashmir’s Baramulla district this evening.
According to the National Center for Seismology, the earthquake occurred at a depth of 10 kilometers with its epicenter located at latitude 34.26°N and longitude 74.44°E.
No immediate reports of damage or casualties have been received.
