Cyber Police Kashmir Issues Warning to Social Media Influencers and YouTubers

Srinagar, Dec 25: The Cyber Police Kashmir has issued a stern warning to social media influencers and YouTubers, urging them to refrain from promoting betting apps, fraudulent investment schemes, and fake work-from-home job offers.

Officials revealed that the department is closely monitoring online activities and will take strict legal action against anyone found promoting these fraudulent platforms.

In a post on X, Cyber Police Kashmir said, “Attention Social Media Influencers & YouTubers:Refrain from promoting betting apps, fraudulent investment schemes, or fake work-from-home job offers. Such actions not only mislead the public but are also punishable under the law.”

“Cyber Police Kashmir is closely monitoring these activities. Strict legal action will be taken against anyone found advertising or endorsing such fraudulent platforms. Stay responsible. Report suspicious activities to us,” Cyber Police Kashmir said on X.
