Budgam, July 21: A minor girl drowned to death after she slipped into Nallah Shaliganga at Doodpathri area of central Kashmir’s Budgam district on Sunday.
Quoting an official news agency—KNO reported that the girl identified as Aayat Maqbool (07) daughter of Mohammad Maqbool, a resident of Burran Pattan drowned in Nallah Shaliganga after she slipped into it.
They said that soon after the incident, a rescue operation was launched and later her body was retrieved.
Meanwhile, Police have taken cognisance of the incident.
