Srinagar, July 04: The body of a youth who had drowned in nallah Pohru in Sopore area of North Kashmir’s Baramulla district on Wednesday has been fished out this afternoon.
Quoting an official news agency Kashmir Scroll reported that on Wednesday a youth from Nathipoora drowned in nallah Pohru near bridge at Sonwani Wadoora Sopore.
They said that the drowned youth was identified as Ihtisham shafi (18), son of Mohd Shafi Lone, a resident of Nathipora Bomai.

Ihtisham drowned when he was bathing in Nallah Pohru at wadoora, official said adding that soon after the incident local people and police started a rescue operation to fish out the body of youth.
They added that his body was recovered this afternoon, while further proceedings have been taken up.
