Kulgam, Jan 29: To review arrangements for mega Aharbal Winter Carnival, a meeting of officers was today held under the chairmanship of the Deputy Commissioner (DC) Kulgam, Athar Aamir Khan at the mini-secretariat, here.
During the meeting, arrangements for different activities including cultural programmes, transportation, trekking, snow games, installation of stalls and other activities were reviewed.
The DC directed all the concerned officers for fool-proof arrangements to make the said event attractive and successful.

He added that the event aims for tourism promotion and visitors shall get an enriching experience during this two day winter carnival.
The meeting was attended by ADDC Showkat Ahmad Rather; ADC, Viqar Ahmed Giri; CEO ADA, Ghalib Mohi-Ud-Din; JD- Planning, Zahid Sajad; SDM-Noorabad, ACR, DFO, Exens and other officers.
