A man lost his life after a repairing machine fell on him at a cold storage facility in South Kashmir’s Pulwama district.

Quoting an official news agency KS reported that the incident took place at the Go Fresh cold store, where Sheikh Muzaffar Ahmad, son of Sheikh Gh. Hassan a resident of Chakoora, was engaged in repairing a machine.
He said Muzaffar suffered critical injuries as the machine toppled over him during the repair work. Immediate medical assistance was sought, and he was rushed to Pulwama Hospital without any delay. However, doctors declared him brought dead on arrival.
They said police have initiated inquest proceedings under section 174.
