A youth who was critically injured after shot by militants in Wanihama area of South Kashmir’s Anantnag district on Wednesday evening has succumbed to his injuries on Thursday evening at SKIMS Soura.

An official told that militants had fired upon Sahil Bashir resident of Wanihama Anantnag this evening and was shifted to GMC associated hospital Janglat Mandi Anantnag where from he was referred to SKIMS Soura in critical condition.
Meanwhile, sources at SKIMS Soura told ANH that injured youth has succumbed to his injuries this evening.
Meanwhile, police have taken cognizance of the incident.
