A body of woman was retrieved from river Jhelum in Rajbagh area of Srinagar on Tuesday morning.

Reports reaching Asian News Hub (ANH) said that a body of a woman name (withheld) resident of Sonwar was found floating in river Jhelum by some locals in Aramwari area of Rajbagh, who subsequently informed the police.
Soon after the incident, Rajbagh police reached to the spot and retrieved the body and shifted to hospital for medico-legal formalities.
Meanwhile, police have taken cognizance of the incident.
