Boy attempts self immolation over romantic issue in Srinagar: Police

Srinagar police on Tuesday said that a 14-year-old boy tried to self immolate over some romantic issue in Noorbagh area of Srinagar.

Srinagar police in a tweet informed, “One Juvenile (identity hidden) aged 14 years of Rakh Colony Noorbagh tried to self immolate himself, over some romantic relationship issue. He was rushed to SMHS hospital by responsible citizens. He has sustained minor burn injuries & is stable. Cognisance by safakadal PS taken.”
