Acting tough against social crimes, Srinagar Police have arrested ten gamblers in two separate actions and seized stake money from their possession on Saturday.

They said that four gamblers were arrested by Noorbagh police post from Pamposh colony and six were arrested by Sangam Police station from kreshbal.
In a tweet Srinagar police said, “10 gamblers arrested by Noorbagh police post & Sangam PS. 4 by Noorbagh PP from Pamposh colony & 6 by Sangam PS from kreshbal. Stake money worth thousands of rupees seized. FIRs registered in Safakadal PS & Sangam PS. Citizens are requested to report all such immoral activities.”
