Baramulla, Jul 30: An encounter has started between security forces and militants in binner area of north Kashmir’s Baramulla district this evening.

“Encounter has started at Binner area of Baramulla. Police and security forces are on the job. Further details shall follow,” Kashmir Zone Police tweeted.
