Srinagar Jul 20: Director General of Police Dilbag Singh on Wednesday decorated Vijay Kumar (IPS) on his promotion as ADGP in a function held at Police Headquarters at Srinagar.

Official sources told GNS that besides DGP Dilbag Singh, the pipping ceremony was attended by Special DG RR Swain, Special DG AK Chaudhury, ADGP S. J. M. Gillani and other officers.
Minstry of Home affairs, Government of India on July 07 had ordered promotion of three IGP rank officers including incumbent IGP Kashmir Vijay Kumar AGMUT Cadre as ADGPs.
