Srinagar, July 04: Body of a teenager, who drowned in river Jhelum at Soiteng Lasjan area of Srinagar on Monday afternoon, has been fished out, official sources said here.

Official sources told the news agency—Kashmir News Observer (KNO) that 14-year-old Asrar Ahmad Dar of Padshahi Bagh drowned in river Jehlum at Soiteng Lasjan while talking a bath.
They said that rescue operation was launched to trace out the body and after hectic efforts his body was fished out from Jhelum waters by SDRF team.
They added that after medico-legal formalities body will be handed over to family members.
