Shopian, June 15: At least a dozen students were injured as picnic bus turned turtle near Dubjan bridge in south Kashmir’s Shopian district this evening.
Reports reaching The Asian News Hub (ANH) said that at least a dozen students were injured when a Picnic Bus of Smart Mission High School of Anantnag turned turtle near Dubjan bridge Shopian.
They said that special team from 15 Garwal Rifles of Indian Army reached the spot with their medical members and other basic first aid treatment. The COB 15 Garhwal Rifles first evacuated all the students from the accidental bus and then provided first aid to all the injured student and evacuated to District Hospital Shopian for advance treatment.

However, three students have been referred to SMHS Hospital for specialised treatment, reports added.
Meanwhile police have taken cognizance of the incident.
