Shopian, April 06 (ANH): An encounter broke out between militants and joint team of Security forces in Haripora trenz area of shopian on Wednesday late evening.
Reports reaching Asian News Hub said that Joint team of Security forces laid a Cordon and search operation in Haripora village of Shopian after receiving inputs about the presence of militants in the area.
As the joint team of Security forces zeroed towards the suspected spot the hiding militants fired upon them triggering an encounter.
As per sources two militants are believed to be trapped.
