(Asian News Hub) – An encounter broke out between joint team of the security forces and militants in feripora kapren area of south Kashmir’s Shopian district on Tuesday.
According to sources, two Millitants are believed to be trapped in the area.

Earlier a joint team of Police, Army’s 34RR and 14 battalion of CRPF had laid a cordon and search operation in feeripora kapren village of Shopian district, following inputs about the presence of militants.
The search operation turned into an encounter after the militants opened fire towards the security forces triggering an encounter.
