Srinagar, Feb 13: People’s Democratic Party President and Former Chief Minister Mehbooba Mufti greeted people on the auspicious occasion of Shab-e-Barat.
Mehbooba Mufti described the occasion as an opportunity to seek Almighty’s mercy and pray for peace and well-being of the entire humanity.
Former Chief minister said, “During the holy night of prayers, we should vow to be compassionate and work towards strengthening the bonds of brotherhood, love and amity among the people”.

Shab-e-Barat “one the most sacred nights where believers express their unshakeable faith in the Almighty Allah,” adding, He (Allah) only can redeem us from the current crises,” she said.
Mufti said during the holy night of prayers, we should vow to become passionate and work towards strengthening the bonds of brotherhood, love and amity among the people.
