Kulgam, Dec 24: A woman from the South Kashmir died in a road accident in Mir bazar area South Kashmir’s Kulgam district on Tuesday.
Quoting an official news agency JKNS reported that a vehicle bearing Chasis no. 37629 collied with another vehicle bearing registration number JK 18C 7651 at Eidgah Bumthan near bridge in Mir Bazar area due to which one pedestrian received critical injuries.
They said that the pedestrian identified as Haseena Bano (47) wife of Shakeel Ahmad Rather resident of Lalan Ganoora Anantnag was shifted to district hospital Anantnag, where she was declared dead.

Meanwhile police have taken cognizance and started an investigation.
