Srinagar, Dec 22: Two people died due to suffocation in the PC Depot area of Qamarwari, Srinagar, on Sunday, reports said.
They said that two persons from north Kashmir’s Kupwara district lost their lives due to suffocation at an accommodation in Abu Baqar Colony, PC Depot area of Qamarwari.
The deceased have been identified as 25-year-old Parvaiz Ahmad Khan, son of Ghulam Mohi-ud-Din Khan, and 50-year-old Mohammad Yousuf Khan, son of Rehmatullah Khan, both residents of Kalaroos.

They said their bodies have been shifted to SMHS Hospital for medicolegal formalities.
Meanwhile, police have taken cognizance of the incident and are investigating the circumstances surrounding it.
