Srinagar, Dec 22: A police constable lost his life after being electrocuted at his home in Noorbagh Srinagar, officials said.
Quoting a police officer news agency JKNS reported that a police constable was repairing an electric wire at his home in Palpoora Noorbagh, Srinagar, when he suffered the fatal shock and fell.
Theu said, he was immediately rushed to SMHS Hospital in Srinagar, where doctors declared him dead.

They identified the deceased policeman as Zahid Manzoor Khan, son of Manzoor Ahmad, a resident of Palpora.
Meanwhile, investigations have been taken up.
