Gandarbal, Nov 28: A 19-year-old youth was attacked with an iron rod by a group of youths while traveling in a bus near the Wussan petrol pump in the Kangan area of Central Kashmirās Gandarbal district on Thursday.
Quoting an official news agency NVI reported that the youth was attacked with an iron rod by a group of youths in Gandarbalās Kangan.
They said the youth suffered injuries during the assault, and fellow passengers rushed him to the Primary Health Centre (PHC) in Wussan for treatment.

Meanwhile, he has been identified as Arsalan Latif a resident of Satrina Kangan.
Police have begun an investigation into the matter.
