Sydney, Nov 10: In Sunday’s third and final One Day International, Pakistan defeated Australia by a resounding eight wickets at Perth Stadium.
Saim Ayub top-scored with 42 and Abdullah Shafique contributed 37 as Pakistan chased down the target of 141 in the 27th over.
Australia were bowled out for 140, their lowest ever ODI total at Perth Stadium.
Naseem Shah, Shaheen Shah Afridi and Haris Rauf were the pick of the Pakistan bowlers.
The victory gave Pakistan a 2-1 series win, their first ODI series victory in Australia since 2002.
