Srinagar, Nov 12: A youth died, while another was injured in a road accident in Radbug Nutussa area of north Kashmir’s Kupwara district this evening.
Reports reaching ANH said that a scooty bearing registration number JK01AL 9892 was struck by a tipper at Radbug Nutussa resulting in injuries to two individuals on the scooty, who were headed towards Handwara, while the tipper was traveling towards Kupwara.
The riders have been identified as Muzzafar Ahmad Lone, son of Gh Qadir Lone, a resident of Tulail, Gurez, and Rehan Ahmad Sheikh, son of Gulab Sheikh, a resident of Bandipora.

Tragically, Muzzafar Ahmad Lone succumbed to his injuries at the scene, while Rehan Ahmad Sheikh sustained injuries and has been taken to GMC Handwara for treatment.
Meanwhile, police have taken cognizance of the incident.
