Srinagar, Nov 7: A man lost his life in a road accident in Pantha Chowk area of Central Kashmir Srinagar district on Thursday.
Quoting an official news agency NVI reported that an accident took place at Zaffron Colony in which a speedy Truck bering Regd. no. JK05A -9747 which was on way to Balhama hit a Scooty Bearing regd no. JK01AH-7010 resulting in injuries to Scooty rider.
They said that the driver identified as Abdul Rashid Dar, son of Ab Khaliq Dar, a resident Achnambal Pantha chowk was shifted to SDH Pampore for treatment, where doctors declared him dead.

Meanwhile police have taken cognizance of the incident.
