Ganderbal, Aug 02: A 25-year-old man lost his life while another person suffered injuries after receiving an electric shock in Batwina village of Central Kashmir’s Ganderbal district.
Quoting an official news agency KDC reported that two people received an electric shock in Batwina village this morning and were shifted to the hospital soon after the incident.
One Peer Suhail, 25, son of Bahudin, was declared brought dead at CHC Sumbal, while Inayatullah, aged 24 and a resident of Dangerpora is currently reported to be stable, they said.

Meanwhile, a pall of gloom descended on the village soon after the news spread.
