Srinagar, July 16: The body of a man, who had jumped from Zainakadal Bridge into the river Jhelum, was retrieved after two days this morning in Nawakadal area of Srinagar.
Reports reaching Asian News Hub said that the body of Showkat Ali Bhat, son of Ghulam Hussain Bhat, a resident of Shallabagh Zadibal, who jumped into river Jehlum on 14th July has been retrieved.
They said that the body was found by SDRF, River police after hectic efforts for the last two days.

Meanwhile, police have taken cognizance of the incident and body has been shifted to hospital for medicolegal formalities.
