Srinagar, June 12: A school boy on a picnic with his school drowned in a nallah at Mavar Gadole in the Kokernag area of South Kashmir’s Anantnag district on Wednesday.
Quoting an official news agency Kashmir Scroll reported that a School boy of class 1, identified as Rehaan Ahmad, son of Bilal Ahmad, a resident of Chree Punzgam Kokernag aged about eight drowned to death accidently in Nalla Mavar Gadole.

They said, he was on a picnic with school when the incident happened while the body had been fished out.
Meanwhile police have taken cognizance and started an investigation,they added.
