Srinagar, Feb 28: At least two residential houses were damaged and a fireman was injured in a fire incident in Hawal area of Srinagar this evening.
An official of F&ES department told Asian News Hub, that they received a call about a fire incident in Hawal, Srinagar, at 6:10 pm. Swiftly, they mobilized different fire stations, effectively confining the fire to the two residential houses involved in the incident.
He said, one leading Fireman identified as Mushtaq Ahmad has received injuries during the firefighting and has been shifted to hospital for treatment.

Meanwhile, police have taken cognizance of the incident and cause of fire was not known immediately.
