Srinagar, Feb 4: One person died, and five others were injured in a road accident in Bemina area of Srinagar this midnight.
Reports reaching ANH, said that one swift car skidded off the road and hit the divider, resulting in grevious injuries to six persons in Bemina chowk this midnight.
They said all the injured were shifted to JVC hospital for treatment, where one person was declared brought dead.

The deceased has been identified as Aiyad Bilal Shangloo, son of Bilal Ahmad Shangloo, resident of Babademb Srinagar.
The injured identified as Moomin Ahmad Mandoor and Fayaz Nazir Khanday residents of Pampore have been shifted to SKIMS Soura for treatment, whereas Hashim Nazir, Zahid Zahoor and Inayat all residents of Chattabal have been shifted to SMHS hospital for specialised treatment.
Meanwhile, police have taken cognizance of the incident.
