Srinagar, Feb 16: A man in his 30s was found unconscious outside the office of the Divisional Commissioner Kashmir in Srinagar district this afternoon, KS reported.
Quoting sources news agency Kashmir Scroll (KS) reported that Abdul Qayoom Magray, son of Ghulam Nabi Magray from Alochi-Bagh Srinagar, was discovered lying unconscious on the ground outside the office of the Divisional Commissioner Kashmir in Tankipora.
They said, he was promptly taken to SMHS hospital where doctors declared him dead upon arrival.

Meanwhile, police have taken cognizance of the incident.
