New Delhi, Jan 04: Javed Ahmed Mattoo, a wanted militant of Hizbul Mujahideen in Jammu and Kashmir, was caught in Delhi on Thursday. He was arrested by the special cell of Delhi Police, India Today reported.
They said, Mattoo is accused of carrying out many terrorist activities in Jammu and Kashmir. He was carrying a reward of Rs 5 lakh on his head.
Mattoo is a resident of Sopore and has been to Pakistan many times.

Last year, ahead of the Independence Day, a video went viral showing Mattoo’s brother hoisting the Tricolour at his home in Sopore.
