A labourer died while working at a stone crusher in Summerbugh Lasjan area of Srinagar outskirts.

Reports said that the labourer identified as Owais Ahmad, resident of Ramban, was critically injured after he accidentally touched the belt of stone crusher machine, resulting in his on spot dead.

Meanwhile, police have taken cognizance of the incident and shifted the body to SMHS hospital for medico-legal formalities.
