Additional Director General of Police (ADGP), Kashmir Zone, Vijay Kumar on Friday said that five foreign militants have been killed in a gunfight in Jumagand area of North Kashmir’s Kupwara district.

Quoting ADGP, Kashmir Zone Police tweeted, “#KupwaraEncounterUpdate: Five (05) foreign #terrorists killed in #encounter. Search in the area is going on.”
Earlier, a nocturnal gunfight broke out between militants and security forces in Jumagund area.
