Says will follow LG’s directions over anti-encroachment drive in spirit
The government on Monday said that it has geared up to ensure adequate electricity to the people during the holy month of Ramadan.
According to Asian News Hub (ANH), Divisional Commissioner, Kashmir, V K Bidhuri, told reporters that the KPDCL has already geared up to supply better electricity this Ramadan to the people in the Valley.
He also said that the administration will follow the directions of Lieutenant Governor about anti-encroachment drive in letter and spirit.
Bidhuri, when asked about the frequent traffic jams, said that the situation is much better than last year when the Tulip was thrown open for the public. “The developmental works of Smart City projects are going on. The people are facing hardships, but this will end in a month,” he said.
