A 50 -year-old cyclist died after Alto car rams into him in mazbugh area of Sopore in north Kashmir’s Baramulla district on Thursday evening.
Reports reaching Asiannewshub.com said that man identified as 50-year-old Ghulam Mohi-ud-din Bhat son of Ghulam Nabi Bhat of Mazbugh area of Sopore was critically injured when he was hit by an Alto Car near mazbug Sopore.
They said that soon after the incident, the injured was rushed to SDH Sopore, where doctors declared him brought dead on arrival.
“After medico-legal formalities, the body of the deceased was handed over to his family for last rites,” they said.

Meanwhile, police have taken cognisance of the incident, accused has been arrested and vehicle seized.
