New Delhi, Jul 11: In a horrifying incident an 84-year-old woman was killed by her minor grandson and his friends after she refused to give him money in Delhi’s Shalimar Bagh.

The minor grandson murdered his grandmother by slitting her throat using a surgical blade. Following the murder, the minor called his four friends showed them the dead body lying in the room, reported India Today.
The Delhi Police have nabbed the four accused and detained the minor in the murder case.
The 84-year-old woman used to live all by herself in Delhi’s Shalimar Bagh area and had recently sold a house. The police started following the leads and looked into the CCTV footage of the area.

While examining the CCTV footage, they noticed a young man entering the house at around 9:30 pm on the night before the murder, with his face covered with a white towel.
The young man came out at 11:20 pm and again entered the house at 12:20 in the night. The footage was shown to the family members, who revealed the identity of the suspect.
When the police arrested the minor from the school and interrogated him, he revealed that he owed money to some men and to get that, he planned his grandmother’s murder.
The minor boy named Sahil Saini, aged 22, Mayank Saini, aged 21, Sunny Baghel, aged 19 and Sachin Saini, aged 28 and revealed that they helped him in planning the brutal murder.
On the night of the killing, the minor boy went inside the house and asked for money from his grandmother. When she refused, the minor pushed the grandmother and slit her throat.
The minor than stole the money and paid his debts. Later, he revised his grandmother’s residence to confirm if she was still alive.
The police team have found a surgical blade, clothes stained with blood, cash worth Rs 50,000, and a Swift Desire car from the possession of the accused.
